He is also a retired senior attorney and counselor, honors graduate of Michigan Law School and distinguished by his law review articles and other writings, lectures, book reviews and peer review. He is a Phi Beta Kappa scholar from Northwestern University, and awarded membership in the order of the Coif. He is rated AV Preeminent by the attorney rating organization Martindale-Hubbel.
He has consulted as expert in information technology for lawyers.
His practice concentrated in helping families plan their estates, often of considerable complexity, of large and very large scope. The vehicles included complex wills and trusts, other property arrangements, health care powers of attorney and directives and financial powers of attorney. His work also importantly included administration of their estates, as executor, trustee, and general or special counsel. He has advised attorneys and judges in his practice.
He also became a licensed Practitioner of Religious Science, helping clients to achieve their highest and best outcomes.
He is a lifelong student of science and mathematics. And he has long years of life experience in many areas.
After a lifetime career of helping clients, living a wonderful life (he is also a longtime church organist) and as the culmination of his life work, Dr. Fisherembarked upon his coaching profession in 2023.
He studied with Dr. Jean LaCour, Ph.D., CCP, CPC, founder and CEO of NET Institute Center for Addiction and Recovery Education, completing her online course of study, through Walters State Univerity.
